Clark Select Properties, Inc. is pleased to present our commission-less price list.  We save you thousands of dollars by eliminating high commissions and offering a menu-based price schedule for services performed only as needed.  

 

How do we compare?

• We never charge a 3% listing commission, just the $195.00 listing fee.

• We offer a 6 month listing period

• We never charge for a color home photo or placement on MLS-associated websites such as Realtor.com.

• We provide optional Realtor® lockboxes and signs with no deposit required.

• We do not charge for passing internet leads on to you.

• We do not charge for supplementary advertising to area relocation departments.

• We offer Free Contracts and Forms!
